Where I Fit In
Some work should stay with the vendor or partner: product decisions, formal technical assurance, vendor-controlled configuration and anything that needs direct vendor ownership.
My role is different.
I support the operational layer around the technology: discovery, requirements, workshops, planning-team translation, configuration sense-checking, training, adoption, documentation and delivery confidence.
I help customers, partners and suppliers make sure the WFM / WEM solution lands properly in the real operation, without turning every question into a full vendor-led engagement.
That usually means bridging the gap between what the platform can do, what the operation needs, and what the delivery team has time to support.
