Josienne built an acclaimed career as a recording artist in the music industry, touring internationally, first releasing music with legendary label Rough Trade Records in 2016. Josienne wrote & performed music for The National Theatre on London’s Southbank then established her own bespoke label, Corduroy Punk Records, in 2020. A director with an unusual CV and a wealth of experience at the sharp end of budgeting, bottom line and return. She knows the value of an original idea and the unquestionable necessity of social skill.
Alec Bowman_Clarke: Lead WFO Consultant
Alec has been a Workforce Engagement Management Consultant & WEM subject matter expert with Darling Solutions Ltd since 2019. Before that, he was a Senior Solution Architect with Genesys, supporting clients all over the world with their Workforce Engagement challenges. He worked closely with the Genesys development team on CloudCX.
He was third line technical support desk leader at Sabio in 2018 and before that worked as a WFO consultant with Sabio & IP Integration. Before that, he worked for a series of companies in various planning roles.
With 25 years of operational Workforce Management, Quality Monitoring, Performance Management, Real Time Traffic Management & Routing experience, Alec is well placed to bring his down-to-earth, pragmatic approach to your business or project.
